1. General

These terms govern use of the intoENGLISH website and shop operated by [FILL IN: seller details, tax ID, address, email] (“Seller”).

2. What we offer

• Individual lessons — 60-minute online lessons at the chosen time.
• Group courses — a series of lessons over one trimester in groups of up to 5; places are limited.
• Digital materials — PDF files available for download once the order is paid.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) [FILL IN: gross / VAT-exempt]. Online payments are handled by [FILL IN: payment provider] (BLIK, cards, online transfers). Your lesson slot or group place is confirmed once payment is received; until then a slot is held for 30 minutes.

4. Delivery and cancellations

5. Digital content

Digital materials are delivered immediately after successful payment. By placing the order the consumer requests delivery to begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act. For services that began at the consumer’s express request within the withdrawal period, the consumer pays for the services provided up to the time of withdrawal. 7. Complaints
